Regular Headache in Hand Lines
In my Ph.D. research in one of my research problem, I was trying to find out the signs of regular headache or migraine in hand lines. For this purpose I met 60 subjects suffering from regular headache or migraine. I analyzed their hands for one particular sign only. This sign is an island below the middle finger in hand.

A wheat like shape as shown in picture is called island in palmistry. This sign is considered to be a bad sign every where in the hand. In which ever line or place, it is seen it gives troubles related to that line. An island in the head line below middle finger gives regular headache or migraine. This sign in head line should be considered as the warning signal that this person is very much prone to this problem and it can start at any time in the life. Refer to picture attached on the left side for understanding it better. We can understand that in palmistry the mountain of Saturn governs the Head and brain. The parts of the head line which is passing below mountain of Saturn (or actually any mountain) is influenced by Saturn. So an island there affects the part of the body (and also the mental traits and tendencies) influenced by the Saturn.

In my research i found that 52 out of 60 people suffering from regular headache and migraine had this sign. This is remarkable finding as this sign can help identify the people at risk of having migraine and regular headache. It is to be noted that this sign doesn't tell the age at which this problem will develop but for sure it tells that that they can develop this trouble sooner or later. Now again if one talks about the question in hand about the island in the head line below the middle finger we see that head line represents head in mental and physical both sense i.e. brain and mind both of them. An island in head line will definitely mean some physical and mental trouble to head. When this island is especially below the middle finger then middle finger plays its part too. So now too much thinking is giving the trouble. So actually this leads to stress and tension that’s why it causes the tension headaches. But some times if this continues for long time or it affects some one much intensely then migraines are also the possibility.

 My Depression Tendency in Hand lines

I found in my practice of many years that hand lines tell a lot about the mental health of the subject. My training and expertise in psychology has helped me find this interesting finding which is not mentioned before by many hand readers. I found that when middle finger is curved towards ring finger and head line is moving towards the Moon, this is the clear sign of depressive tendencies. In this combination the subject falls into depression again and again. The reason is very logical too. The head line when moving down towards the Moon tells imaginations and fantasies. While the curved middle finger denotes a rather sad and regressive thinking. So the subject remains in the sad memories of the past and keeps on imaging what could have been. This leads to a situation of recurring episodes of depression and the intensity of the same requires further investigation.
