Astro Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India

Indian Palmistry Institute, offers a unique 200 Hour Astro Yoga Teacher Training Course.  The course duration is four weeks. This course combines two ancient systems of knowledge. This way this is a Astrology + Yoga retreat course. This course is fully residential and has a limited availability of only 10 participants at one time. This way every student will be given the personal attention by our teachers. The yoga classes will be conducted by the wise teachers of Sri Yoga Ashram. WE teach in the ancient Guru Shishya Parampara where a bonding between teachers and student is the foundation of the training. After this course the students will be given Yoga Alliance USA accredited certificate. This means the students will be able to teach yoga with the practice of astrology anywhere in the world.

Astro Yoga Teacher Training Course Syllabus

  • Asanas: The primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga - 72 yoga postures with their proper alignment and use of proper props
  • Pranayama: You will learn various breathing techniques of yoga
  • Cleansing: Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Vaman, Tratak
  • Meditation, various techniques of meditation for increased awareness and spiritual growth
  • Philosophy: The theoretical understanding of Yoga and Patanjali’s Eight Limbs Yoga System
  • Mantra chanting
  • Vedic Astrology Level 1 & 2

Detailed Astrology Syllabus is given blow: 

This syllabus of astrology is based on traditional Vedic astrology that enables the student to understand about the 12 houses and 9 planets and their interaction. This course will enable the student to understand the general character and life of any individual by looking in his horoscope. By the time student completes the course he will have more than enough knowledge about astrology to make reasonably correct predictions about anyone. The contents of this course are as following:

Accommodation & Food during Astro Yoga Teacher Training Course

We provide the accommodation facility is in a very green area of Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh. You will find yourself on the foothill of the mountains and on the side of holy River Ganga. The environment here is green and clean. We provide Twin sharing accommodation to all the guests and students. All rooms are well appointed with attached toilet and bathroom. All rooms have 24-hour hot water facility. We also provide free unlimited Wi-Fi facility to all their students. The hostel also has RO water purifiers. You always get a beautiful view of holy river Ganga.

During your stay you will be served three Indian Vegetarian meals everyday. The food is prepared fresh with the RO filter water. Good delicious and healthy food is one of the special feature of this Astro Yoga Teacher Training course.
